I don't know where I found this or who made these...but I Love them.
Working at Anthropologie has got me loving all sorts of quirky, old artsified common objects. And candles. Candles, candles, candles. Even "Forest Floor"-scented candles. And wood. I love wooden tables and wooden walls and wooden ceilings and wooden picture frames now.
And COLORS. Bright colors and lots of them popping out everywhere.

Grumble grumble
They should take all that revenue from PARKING TICKETS in Pasadena and open up more classes at PCC...

Tightrope
So you're wishing that you never did,
All the embarrassing things you've done.
And you're wishing you could set it right.
And you're wishing you could stay the night.
But then I go again, wishing never solved a problem.
If you wanna get it big time,
Go ahead and get it get it big time.
All the embarrassing things you've done.
And you're wishing you could set it right.
And you're wishing you could stay the night.
But then I go again, wishing never solved a problem.
If you wanna get it big time,
Go ahead and get it get it big time.

Chinese New Years! Kinda...
Went to Chinatown for their Chinese New Year celebration over the weekend. I was psyched! And then I got off the train... And that's when all the tourists and drunk high school students pushed passed me and maneuvered themselves around garbage to get to all the crepe and lobster and hamburger and Mexican food trucks.
Not to say I wasn't tempted by the lobster food truck, but I guess that's not exactly what I was looking for in a Chinese New Year celebration. But then again I guess Chinatown isn't really the best place to go to for an authentic Chinese New Year.
I felt guilty (not really), but I proceeded to walk to Little Tokyo and eat Japanese food instead. It was an EXCELLENT IDEA.
