Today is a rare day and I actually don't have work after school! I love that job, but I really need the study/reading time, so I am pleased.

BUT,

I am realizing that this is an issue. I am at school wearing sweats and a $5 t-shirt I bought in a sale bin in Japan. Apparently I only put outfits together for work. I was thinking I was actually dressing nicely. MISTTAAAAAKE.

I value comfort. And breakfast.

Subaru, My One and Only

My Subaru is nearing the end of its life I fear. Why is my baby leaking coolant AND oil?! Why does the cruise control light not work anymore? Why is the front left speaker busted?

I've pulled the codes on that thing several times and apparently there's something wrong with the catalytic converter. My knowledge of fixing cars does not extend to the catalytic converter.

Now I will dream of Subarus...

Today is QUICKLY/already has

turned into a multiple-cups-of-coffee kind of day. Shouldn't food and sleep be giving me that daily energy naturally?! I am only fueled by a couple hours of sleep, a REALLY WEIRD GRAINY BRAN MUFFIN, and coffee. I feel that I should not be drinking coffee at 20...perhaps it is alright, but I get the feeling that I should wait until I'm a grad student or something. BUT, I have a new coffee tumbler that I am SUPER EXCITED about (for some reason).

Also, Microsoft is buying Skype?! They better not start charging...I would be even more broke.

As I sit here in an empty Japanese community center classroom in industrial Sun Valley (did not get the memo about no class), I have become overwhelmed with the urge to put these videos up. I can take it no longer! Maybe it's all the coffee I'm drinking on an empty stomach. Or maybe I just really like these music videos.



And I'm pretty sure the elders from the Community Center are in the classroom next to me watching videos of festivals. So much taiko noise. And I really wanna peek in there, because (I AM NOT SURE, BUT...) I think someone is intermittently playing a flute. Not coming from the TV, but live flute.
